IS OUR PASSION
We work tirelessly to master our craft while providing cost-effective and lean construction solutions.
Training and developing our workforce—especially our craft workforce—is essential for our team to stay at the forefront of the construction industry.
Our Workforce Development department trains, educates, and supports the ongoing growth of workers in our constantly evolving industry. With new technologies and techniques being developed and adopted all the time, it’s critical that our craft workforce never stop learning. Providing ongoing training and education ensures that our team members are up to date on the latest methods and best practices, which leads to increased efficiency and productivity on the job site.
Overall quality and safety of construction projects are our top priorities. By providing training on safety protocols and best practices, we can reduce the risk of accidents and injuries on the job site, while also ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
We deliver superior safety, solutions, and sustainability to our team and customers. Safety is more than how we conduct business, it’s who we are.
You can be assured that our safety program, training, and protocol demonstrate our commitment to the incident-free completion of our projects, reducing and eliminating costly delays, liability exposure, and re-work.
Safety is engrained within our Nox Group Foundations that every employee has agreed to perform by, from estimating to project management to craft. We have a zero-tolerance policy for engaging in behaviors that sacrifice the wellbeing of any members of the PRIDE and take the responsibility of looking out for ourselves and one another seriously. Keeping our PRIDE safe remains our top priority in our productive work environments.
Construction is a relationship-driven industry.
This is why we support the effort to create awareness around career opportunities in the trades with local organizations like Build Your Future and have made the investment into the future of our employees by partnering with WECA. Building and maintaining relationships with industry peers helps identify opportunities and drives our community forward.
Relationships are also one of our core values that the brothers and sisters of the PRIDE live by. Knowing that the person on your left and the person on your right always have your back helps each of us become the best teammate we can be as we relentlessly pursue excellence.
WECA has been called the most effective apprenticeship program in the Western US, which is why Corbins sought to bring it to the Valley. Known for its high graduation counts, great reviews from apprentices and contractors alike, National Electric Code-based curriculum, on-the-job training, and an experienced teaching staff, WECA is an investment into our craft workforce, as well as the industry as a whole. This Corbins-paid program can be completed over a 2-week period every 6 months. The program takes place during working hours, instead of at night throughout a four-year period.
WECA & Corbins offer a variety of Electrical Apprenticeship Programs as well as an Electrician Trainee Program, certification exam preparation classes, and continuing education for Journeyman Electricians.
