Dado que la instalaci\u00f3n operativa no ten\u00eda otra fuente de energ\u00eda y ten\u00eda un cronograma estricto para reanudar las operaciones normales los d\u00edas posteriores a cada cierre, no hab\u00eda margen de error. Con suficiente tiempo y esfuerzo invertidos en la planificaci\u00f3n, se invirtieron 1100 horas de trabajo en este proyecto de principio a fin, incluidas 300 horas combinadas en el tramo final de trabajo ininterrumpido (d\u00eda y noche) para completar lo siguiente: \u2800<br \/>\u2800<br \/>\u2013 Reubicar y reemplazar el transformador APS existente \u2800<br \/>\u2013 Reemplazar panel de distribuci\u00f3n de 1000A \u2800<br \/>\u2013 Instalar un nuevo panel de distribuci\u00f3n de 3000 A y conectar un nuevo SES de 3000 A.<br \/>\u2800<br \/>Este proyecto fue un gran \u00e9xito teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de trabajo en equipo, planificaci\u00f3n previa y ejecuci\u00f3n que se necesit\u00f3 para que el trabajo se desarrollara sin problemas. Una parte importante de esto se debe a la demostraci\u00f3n de nuestro C\u00f3digo de Leones con la confianza generada dentro del equipo para operar con disciplina y presentarse a sus respectivos turnos con una actitud de \u00e9xito y apoyo mutuo. Todos los miembros de PRIDE involucrados entregaron resultados de manera constante, no solo para cumplir con los plazos, sino para SUPERARLOS.
