One of the most profound transformations we’ve experienced over our 50 years has been in the realm of safety. In the early days, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as helmets/hard hats, safety vests, or gloves were often seen as a suggestion. With safety culture evolving, the importance of rigorous safety protocols had yet to take hold.
Today, the safety of our teammates is our top priority. As stated in our Nox Group Foundations, we ensure that every team member is physically and mentally prepared to operate with discipline and attention to detail. Having this shared value such as this enterprise-wide is necessary to succeed in the high-stakes environments we work in. We show love and respect to our team not just by providing the tools and knowledge they need, but by also holding them accountable to performing their jobs diligently. Our dedication to safety is a promise made to refuse to let anyone fail—and this mindset instills motivation in our teammates to work together to go home safely at the end of each day.
