“Other than the start and completion of a project, the most fulfilling part of my role is teaching, and getting to know those in the field. I’ve been in the trade for 30 years, so it’s rewarding to be able to teach what I know and help develop other thought-leaders, who implement our plans and keep us driving the industry forward.”
Between his recent promotion to General Superintendent and celebrating his tenth year with Corbins, it is no surprise Tracy Sitze has a smile on his face. Starting with us as a Journeyman in 2011, Tracy has seen the PRIDE evolve, believing in the importance of building a team you can rely on. One of the biggest things he looks forward to every day on the job is working alongside his crews, stating that his teammates feel like family.
Tracy especially enjoys working with the younger generation, having brought in some new members of the PRIDE to our field and prefabrication workforce himself. He is proud to share that a majority of his projects utilize prefab, and loves showing new members the success of the processes and technology that allows Corbins to deliver kits faster and more efficiently than ever.
Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication, Tracy. We’re lucky to have you leading the way in the PRIDE! #corbinsPRIDE
